Do not under any circumstances do business with this company! First off it was $3,000 grizzly was charging us to put wood laminate flooring on a small 215sq ft area 🤯. We thought they would be good given that they are a smaller business and family owned and we try to support that in our community, however, the owner who is an older man the did the write up for our work order did not disclose potential extra cost and tried charging us almost $500 more to “resurface” our floor before the new flooring could be put on. Given we had a set budget and he originally charged us just $10 under our budget with the cost and labor, we were thrown to a loop! We asked him to waive the extra fee since it was never disclosed and he was fully aware of the budget we had and he then became demeaning and argued with me and my husband who is a veteran that we won’t find anyone with a better deal and we’ll be screwed if we don’t go through with the job. We had 2 other quotes prior to hiring him which was from Lowe’s and express flooring which were slightly cheaper than Grizzly but decided to go with him because he swore his was the highest quality and thickest flooring. When the flooring was delivered we learned it was cheaper thinner wood laminate flooring sold to us at top dollar price. He continued to try and argue with us and convince us that the flooring he sold us was top of the line like we were stupid. Just another reason we wanted to cancel the work order. He then told us he would be charging us a $700 restocking for the flooring which is absolutely absurd! No work was ever done and he never gave us a full refund back! The owner of this company is a hard core scammer and will take advantage of anyone he can. After doing some investigative work, it clearly, He clearly doesn’t care about people especially the contractors he hires to do the installs for his flooring. He pays them Pennie’s on the dollar you “the customer pays” for the new floor and install and pockets a minimum of half directly in to his pocket. We ended up hiring an independent contractor through Al’s flooring installation LLC who let us pick out the top of the line flooring of our choice and installed it for half of the cost Grizzly and any other company quoted us! Save yourself the trouble and money and avoid Grizzlies discount flooring at all cost. There’s nothing discount about it and very unpleasant and deceiving owners!

Installer did a great job. When they quote you the price of flooring they say install is included in price then when he comes to measure total price goes up so to say tha $6.75 is installed is not being honest. Then they say the extra charges are for carpet removal which was said to be included but that’s extra and charge for carpet to be disposed of. Then charge for painting baseboards but I will have to do anyway because the nails are still showing. I feel angry that I didn’t research more to find an installer and get a better price. My floor looks great but still not happy about how it cost me so much more. Honesty is integrity. Integrity always best!!

Don't, just don't! Subcontractors do the work and don't make deadlines. Okay that was too harsh. The work was done well. Some of the trim was never corrected. Unhappy feeling was the finale.

We had all of our floors replaced with Grizzlies before moving into our new home. The installers helped themselves to the beverages in our refrigerator without permission leaving nothing for us upon move in day. Tiles were installed crooked and uneven to the point where my daughter cut her foot on the edge of one that was not level. Grout was missing in between planks and spread all over our base boards and walls. When we called to have the situation rectified we were told "nobody wants to come back out to Casa Grande to fix it". Excuse me? You own and pay these people, get them out to do the job right. Eventually someone came out to fix the one tile that cut my daughters foot, however they left the other 6 uneven and did not fill in the missing grout. Four years later our floors look like they are 25 years old. I like to support small local businesses but I cannot support this company.
